Ok here are a few rules:

If you wish to be a developer, please post an idea, if we like it, we will add you to the staff list!
Artists:
If you want to be an artist, please post one of your works, again if we like it, we will add you to the staff list!
Other positions:
Other positions will open up as time goes on, but all we need right now are Developers and Artists!
